Quality Commercial Drivers Needed

Position Overview: We are regularly hiring drivers and we look for people who can do more than drive a Charter Bus and are willing to contribute to a creative growing company that not only offers excellent destinations, but A + customer service. To Qualify:

  • Minimum age 25 years.
  • Pass DOT Physical/Drug Screen.
  • B or A CDL with Passenger Endorsement.
  • Clean Criminal Record.
  • Clean Driving Record.
  • Personal Transportation.
  • Neat Appearance/Clean Cut.
  • One-year Commercial Driving Experience.

You will be operating Commercial Passenger Vehicles on Charters and Fixed Route Contracted Services all hours, days, and nights.

Requirements at interview:

  • Commercial Drivers License.
  • Medical Card.
  • Social Security Card.
  • Current Driving Record Required / last 5 years.

Quality Outside Sales Representatives Needed

Position Overview: Outside Sales representative are responsible for maintaining and building new contracted shuttle, commuter, line-runs, and fixed routes services out of our San Mateo office. Success depends on your ability to create and enhance relationships with both new and existing customers. This is achievable through you efforts in locating business opportunities and developing them. You will be a catalyst in enabling new businesses to service and provide your customers with all they require to become a value partner.

  • Previous outside sales experience in the Bus Transportation Industry.

Quality Reservationists / Administrative Assistant Needed

Position Overview: Provide accurate charter quotes to initial and current charter customers. You will be responsible for making reservations, customer service and general office. Handle customer(s) in a helpful, courteous and professional manner.

Duties and Responsibilities::

  • Provides administrative / secretarial support for the company.
  • Performs basic accounts payable/accounts receivable functions in a timely matter.
  • Maintain and update files, database, records, and/or other documents.
  • Performs miscellaneous job related duties as assigned.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills required to answer customer calls/inquires.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Excellent organizing and coordinating skills.
