Any bridge tolls
Airport fees
Parking fees (will be billed at cost)
Driver's gratuity of 15%
Dead-head charges (in addition to charter costs, for services commencing or terminating outside a 15 mile radius of our yard)

Payment is to be received in full before the date of the charter. Unless other arrangements have been made with a decision officer of American Passenger Service.
